Availability: Immediate Joiners PreferredJob Summary:We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Installation Manager to oversee the installation of products/services at client sites. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in customer handling, strong problem-solving skills, and fluency in multiple languages to communicate effectively with diverse clients.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate and manage product/service installations at customer locations

Handle customer queries and provide timely resolutions

Ensure smooth and professional customer experiences during installations

Identify and solve installation-related issues on-site

Report daily progress and issues to the operations team

Maintain installation tools and equipment properly

Follow safety protocols and company guidelines

Required Skills & Qualifications: Engineering background required Proven experience in customer handling (installation/service background preferred)Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and under pressure

Basic technical knowledge related to installation (training will be provided if needed)Language Requirements:Native or fluent in KannadaProficiency in EnglishHindi knowledge is a plus

Other Requirements:Immediate joiners will be given preference

Must be located in or willing to relocate to Bangalore
