Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Installation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, planning, and delivery of electrical installation activities on assigned rail projects.

About the Role

This position ensures that all electrical installation deliverables are completed on time, meet quality and technical standards, and align with project cost and schedule commitments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Planning: Develop and implement effective electrical installation designs and plans for rail projects.
  • Project Management: Oversee the execution of electrical installation activities on assigned projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
  • Resource Management: Manage electrical installation resources, including personnel and equipment, to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Proven Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical installation, preferably in the rail industry.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of electrical installation principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and manage teams, motivate staff, and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
