Job Title: Senior Electrical Maintenance Specialist

About the Role

This role involves electrical equipment maintenance, including high-voltage transformers, generators, kitchen appliances, and other related systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with various equipment types, such as elevators, HVAC systems, and pumps.

The selected individual will be responsible for updating project progress, coordinating with vendors, tracking asset maintenance, and providing training to OEMs. Additionally, they will generate client reports on a regular basis and ensure compliance with engineering and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and track electrical equipment performance, identifying potential issues and recommending corrective actions
  • Prepare critical spares lists for installations, ensuring timely inventory management
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize equipment failures
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols when working with electrical systems
Requirements

To succeed in this position, you should possess:

  • Hands-on experience with electrical equipment maintenance, preferably in a similar role
  • Strong analytical skills, with ability to identify and troubleshoot equipment issues
  • Excellent communication skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and standards
