Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President Lead Architect, SFDC + AP Domain Expert

In this role you will be responsible for developing the Digital Applications for Global Clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end architecture and solution design across Salesforce platforms
• Translate business requirements into scalable and future-proof Salesforce solutions.
• Own and manage the Salesforce architecture roadmap aligned with enterprise strategy.
• Provide technical leadership to development teams, ensuring best practices, security, and scalability.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT leaders, and integration teams to ensure seamless cross-system data flow.
• Evaluate and select third-party tools, AppExchange products, and system integrations.
• Conduct architecture reviews and provide governance for all Salesforce-related projects.
• Mentor junior architects and developers within the Salesforce practice.
• Stay current with Salesforce releases, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
• Aware of latest AI and LLM trends
• Develop and implement automation strategies to improve business processes and reduce manual work.
• Customize dashboards, reports, and workflows to provide actionable insights and enhance user experience.
• Composing RFI/RFP responses, preparing proposals, and creating statements of work (SOW)

Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum Qualifications

• Experience in industries such as Accounts payable or other Financial Services domains.
• Exposure to Salesforce AI/LLM/Einstein and industry-specific accelerators.
• Prior experience managing or mentoring cross-functional teams.
• IT Graduate

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

• Relevant years of IT experience with relevant years in Salesforce architecture and development.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce multi-cloud architecture and implementation.
• Hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, security, and sharing models in Salesforce.
• Experience with large-scale enterprise Salesforce deployments and integrations (REST/SOAP, middleware like MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, etc.).
• Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect, System Architect, Technical Architect (CTA), or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and DevOps/CI-CD pipelines is plus
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
