Reports To: Sales Head

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and goal-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in real estate sales, good knowledge of Direct Sales /channel partner (CP) networks, and a strong understanding of the local market. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client management, and closing sales for our residential/commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and follow up on leads from various sources including CPs, referrals, digital campaigns, and walk-ins.
  • Build and maintain relationships with channel partners to increase project visibility and drive bookings.
  • Conduct site visits with prospective clients and provide complete project briefings.
  • Understand customer requirements and present suitable property options.
  • Negotiate deals and close sales with a focus on meeting monthly/quarterly targets.
  • Maintain and update CRM with client interactions and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for documentation, payment follow-ups, and post-sales service.
  • Participate in marketing activities, exhibitions, and promotional events.
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor analysis, and pricing strategies.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA preferred).
  • 2 years of experience in real estate sales (CP & direct sales preferred).
  • Strong database and network of local Channel Partners.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High energy, target-oriented, and self-driven.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools and basic MS Office.
  • Willingness to work on weekends and holidays (weekly off on weekdays).

Preferred Skills:

  • Good understanding of the local real estate market.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure sales environments.
  • Fluency in English, Hindi, and Tamil (or local language).
