Role Description

  • This is a full-time on-site role for a Asst. Center Manager cum Technician.
  • The Asst. Center Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks such as managing and guiding center staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, developing business strategies, maintaining budgets and inventory, scheduling appointments, and ensuring operational efficiency.
  • The Asst.Center Manager cum Technician will also be responsible for handling customer complaints and supervising the repair and installation process.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Resolution of customer complaints
  • Adherence of centre SOP
  • Monitoring and Reporting market trends
  • Handling Customer queries regarding glass fitting
  • Fixing / Replacing Car Glass or Glass Fitting
  • Maintaining store hygiene
  • Removing damaged glass, moulds, seals and trim from window frames in vehicles.
  • Installing and fitting glass (either pre-shaped or cut with a template) according to manufacturers instructions.
  • Undertaking safety assurance measures to ensure windscreen, side and rear glass is safe and secure.

Qualifications

  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle customer complaints professionally
  • ITI or Diploma equivalent
  • 0 to 2years Experience in the automotive industry or service industry is preferred .
