Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the finance, accounts, and compliance functions of the organization.
  • Ensure timely preparation of financial statements, MIS reports, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Oversee statutory audits, internal audits, and ensure adherence to regulatory compliances.
  • Manage working capital, cash flow planning, and treasury functions effectively.
  • Implement and monitor strong internal controls, processes, and financial discipline.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive cost optimization and financial efficiency.
  • Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of accounts.
  • Provide financial insights and strategic support to senior management for decision-making.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory
  • Minimum 7+ years of post-qualification experience
    in finance & accounts, preferably in a manufacturing / large corporate setup.
  • SAP (Any Module) – Mandatory
    with strong working knowledge.
  • Excellent knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and financial regulations.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage teams and deliver under tight deadlines.
