Job Title: Front Office Executive / Buddy Counsellor
Location: Kolkata / Bangalore
Department: Operations / Administration
Reports to;- Branch
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
Telecalling Duties:
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients for lead generation, follow-ups, or surveys.
- Handle inbound queries and transfer calls to the appropriate department.
- Explain services or solutions offered by the KPO clearly and convincingly to potential clients.
- Maintain a daily call log and update the CRM with call outcomes.
- Schedule appointments or demos for the sales/technical teams.
Front Office Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients, visitors, or candidates at the front desk in a professional manner.
- Manage the reception area to ensure it is clean, organized, and presentable.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, couriers, and emails.
- Maintain and manage office supplies and stationery stock.
- Assist HR or Admin departments with clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, or interview coordination.
Skills & Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Graduate in any discipline (Bachelors preferred).
- 13 years of experience in a telecalling or front desk role, preferably in an Education related service-based company.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English proficiency is often essential; Regional languages are a plus).
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Familiarity with MS Office, basic Excel, email tools, and CRM software.
- Positive attitude, multitasking ability.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a client-facing or outbound calling role.
- Experience with KPOs or Education consulting firms.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
