**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities:Counselling & Student Support**
- Provide one-on-one and group counselling sessions to prospective students regarding academic programs, career opportunities, and admission processes.
- Assist students in identifying their strengths, interests, and suitable academic paths.
- Maintain student records and update counselling databases regularly.

**Public Relations & Outreach Activities**
- Conduct structured career and academic counselling sessions in partner and target schools.
- Deliver presentations to school students, parents, and teachers on available courses, career pathways, and entrance criteria.
- Participate in educational fairs, exhibitions, seminars, and promotional events to increase institutional visibility.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with school counsellors, principals, and other academic stakeholders.
- Represent the institution professionally in both local and regional PR initiatives.

**Administrative & Coordination Tasks**
- Assist in planning and executing student recruitment strategies.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to support outreach materials and campaigns.
- Prepare periodic reports on counselling activities and outreach effectiveness.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Psychology, Education, Social Work, or related field wil be preferred)
- Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
- Willingness to travel for school visits and education fairs.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.

**Preferred Experience**:

**Work Schedule & Travel**:

- This position may require travel for school visits, fairs, and community events.
- Flexibility to work evenings or weekends during peak recruitment periods.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
