Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in guest rooms and public areas.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guest requests and resolving issues professionally.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experiences.
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities, inventories, and staff performance.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in housekeeping or guest services, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality service.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Familiarity with cleaning protocols and procedures, and knowledge of hotel management systems.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
