Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Healthcare Specialist located in Kochi. The Healthcare Specialist will be responsible for providing medical care, administering interventions, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure patient well-being. The role includes conducting training sessions, maintaining effective communication with patients, families, and teams, and ensuring compliance with healthcare standards and protocols.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) practices and skilled in Medicine
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare teams
  • Experience in delivering training programs in healthcare settings
  • Sound understanding of healthcare systems and protocols
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and adapt to dynamic healthcare environments
  • Proven attention to detail and ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently
  • Bachelor's degree or certification in a healthcare-related field is preferred
