Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Credentialing Specialist located in Kochi. The Credentialing Specialist will be responsible for processing and verifying credentials of medical staff, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and maintaining accurate records. The role involves regular communication with healthcare providers and organizations, addressing any credentialing inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service. Additionally, the specialist will handle Medicare credentialing processes and ensure all documentation is up-to-date and accurate.

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience with Medicare credentialing processes
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
