Position Overview
We are seeking an Account Manager with prior experience in client servicing and digital campaign management. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of media planning, campaign reporting, and client communication, along with the willingness to continuously learn and adapt in a fast-evolving digital ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
* Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring effective communication and relationship management.
* Understand client objectives and support in translating them into actionable digital media strategies.
* Coordinate with internal teams (media, creative, analytics, operations) to ensure timely and accurate execution of campaigns.
* Assist in the preparation of media plans, campaign reports, and performance analyses.
* Monitor campaign progress against defined KPIs, ensuring delivery of expected outcomes.
* Present campaign results and insights during client meetings and business reviews.
* Identify opportunities for account growth through upselling and cross-selling of services.
* Maintain strong account health by proactively addressing client concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
* Stay informed about industry trends, digital marketing tools, and best practices to enhance service delivery.
Qualifications and Skills
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
* 1–3 years of experience in account management, client servicing, or digital marketing (agency experience preferred).
* Working knowledge of digital media channels (Google Ads, Meta, Programmatic, CRM, SEO/SEM).
* Ability to interpret data, prepare reports, and derive actionable insights.
* Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
* Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
* A motivated individual with a willingness to learn, adapt, and grow in a dynamic environment.
