Key Responsibilities:

  • Integrate and manage voice APIs from Exotel, ElevenLabs, and similar platforms.
  • Implement IVR systems, call routing, recording, and analytics features using cloud telephony.
  • Build scalable backend modules to support real-time voice applications.
  • Work with AI voice synthesis platforms (like ElevenLabs) for text-to-speech and voice cloning implementations.
  • Configure and troubleshoot SIP trunks, call flows, webhooks, and event callbacks.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to enhance user voice experiences across our platforms.
  • Monitor voice systems for reliability, latency, and performance, and ensure compliance with telecom regulations.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 2 to 6 years of experience in telephony integration / voice platforms
  • Hands-on experience with Exotel, ElevenLabs, Knowlarity, MyOperator, or Twilio
  • Strong programming skills in Python, , or PHP
  • Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, webhooks, and cloud architecture
  • Familiarity with VoIP, SIP, PBX, and TTS/STT engines
  • Good understanding of call flow design and event-based communication models
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills

Good to Have:

  • Experience with conversational AI or voice bots
  • Knowledge of speech analytics
  • Exposure to CRM integrations with telephony
  • Experience working with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure
