Role Summary

Oversee the daily operations of a service centre, drive high customer satisfaction, manage the team, inventory, and ensure service quality while achieving financial and operational targets.

Key Responsibilities:-

  • Lead and manage service centre staff (technicians, customer service, admin)
  • Ensure fast turnaround time (TAT) for repairs and high customer satisfaction
  • Handle customer escalations and ensure a customer-first culture
  • Manage stock of spare parts and accessories; coordinate with procurement
  • Prepare and manage the centre's budget and financials
  • Monitor key metrics (jobs completed, costs, CSAT) and report to regional leadership
  • Drive process improvements to optimise efficiency and quality
  • Ensure compliance with safety, company policies, and service SOPs

Required Skills & Experience:-

  • Bachelor's degree (Business, Operations, Engineering, or similar)
  • 4–8 years of experience in operations / service centre management
  • Strong leadership and team-management skills
  • Good understanding of inventory / spare-parts management
  • Analytical mindset, with experience in reporting and KPI tracking
  • Excellent customer-orientation and problem-solving skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30, ₹60,000.00 per month
