We're hiring a full-time, in-house AV Manager to join our team in Delhi. This is a hands-on, visual-first role ideal for someone with both a sharp eye and strong technical skills. The role involves producing high-quality visual content across exhibitions, studios, and inventory built for both internal documentation and public-facing platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Lead all photography and videography needs across the gallery's programming

Develop and deliver short-form content for digital and social media platforms

Document artworks, exhibitions, installations, and behind-the-scenes processes

Collaborate with artists and the curatorial team to shape visual narratives

Manage and archive visual assets systematically for internal and external use

Key Skills

Strong camera and lighting skills (stills + video)

Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent editing software

Familiarity with Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop (for image correction/editing)

Basic sound editing for video

Eye for composition, pacing, and storytelling in short-form content

Understanding of social media formats (especially Instagram, YouTube Shorts, etc.)

Comfortable working under tight timelines and quick turnaround
