Inside Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and present product solutions.
  • Generate and qualify leads through outbound and inbound channels.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Inside Sales or related roles, preferably in a product-based company.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong sales acumen with knowledge of the end-to-end sales process.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales software.
