Key Responsibilities:

Tender Search and Analysis:

  • Identify and analyse relevant tenders on e-procurement platforms, including CPPP and GeM.

GeM Portal Management:

  • Manage activities related to the GeM portal, such as:
  • Profile and catalogue management
  • Tender searching and participation in bids/reverse auctions (RA)
  • Order processing and Invoice generation

Tender Documentation & Compliance:

  • Conduct a detailed review of tender document to ensure compliance with technical and commercial eligibility criteria.

Tender Synopsis:

  • Prepare concise summaries of tender specifications and requirements.

Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) Management:

  • Facilitate the arrangement of EMD through bank guarantees or online payments, including submission of exemption documentation where applicable.

Proposal Preparation:

  • Draft comprehensive technical and commercial proposals as per the tender requirement.

Stakeholder Communication:

  • Maintain clear and effective communication with Tender Inviting Authorities and with internal team through phone calls and emails.

Meetings and Negotiations:

  • Participate in reverse auctions, price bid openings, and negotiation discussions.

Bid Evaluation Support:

Respond to technical and commercial queries during the bid evaluation process.

Reporting:

  • Prepare and maintain weekly and monthly reports for internal review.

Official Correspondence:

  • Draft formal communications, including letters for approvals and clarifications, to tender authorities.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
