Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Virtual Assistant located in Noida, with flexibility for some remote work. The Virtual Assistant will be responsible for day-to-day administrative tasks, scheduling appointments, managing emails, and providing general support to the team.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Communication & Client Interaction:

  2. Schedule and manage client meetings via calls and emails.

  3. Serve as a point of contact, ensuring clear and timely communication.

  4. Handle follow-ups and maintain detailed records of interactions.

  5. Marketing & SEO:

  6. Execute SEO strategies, including keyword research and content optimization.

  7. Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics.

  8. Assist in social media management and digital marketing campaigns.

  9. WordPress Management:

  10. Update and maintain WordPress websites, including content and plugin updates.

  11. Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize website performance.

  12. Administrative Support:

  13. Manage client records, schedules, and CRM systems.

  14. Prepare reports, organize digital files, and handle email management.
  15. Support invoicing, payment tracking, and basic bookkeeping tasks.
  16. Coordinate team meetings and assist with task tracking.

Key Skills:

  • Excellent communication, SEO, WordPress, and administrative skills.
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Workspace, CRMs, and marketing platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking ability.
