Customer Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the setup and execution of CRM campaigns across various channels including
Email, SMS, Push Notifications, and Whatsapp.
Collaborate with internal teams (copy, creative, marketing) to develop tailored content
that aligns with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
Conduct quality checks on campaign content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and
compliance with company standards.
Create and manage customer segments within CRM platforms to optimize targeting and
personalization efforts.
Monitor campaign performance metrics.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in CRM, digital marketing, and
customer engagement strategies.
Support CRM automation initiatives and assist in setting up CRM journeys and real-time
triggers.
Handle day-to-day operational tasks related to CRM platforms.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Strong interest in digital marketing, particularly in CRM and customer engagement
strategies.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across different
teams.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering error-free work under tight deadlines.
- Familiarity or willingness to learn CRM platforms and tools like CRM, Push Notifications
(PNs), Email, Emailers, SMS, Whatsapp, Clevertap, Moengage, SMSgupshup, Karix,
Gamooga, Netcore.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Demonstrated integrity, customer focus, and respect for diverse perspectives.
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related
field
