Role Overview

Were looking for a Technical Recruiter who's excited about connecting great talent with great opportunities. If you have a fair understanding of current technologies, love a fast-paced environment, and bring a never give up attitude to work every day — this role is for you.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with hiring managers and clients to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.
  • Source, engage, and assess top technical talent across domains such as software development, cloud, DevOps, data engineering, and QA.
  • Build and manage candidate pipelines through creative sourcing strategies (job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and more).
  • Drive the full recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and closure.
  • Ensure a great candidate experience and act as a brand ambassador for AmpUp and our clients.
  • Stay on top of emerging technology trends to engage with candidates confidently and credibly.
  • Bring a sense of ownership, urgency, and accountability to every search.

What You Bring

  • 2–3 years of experience in technical recruitment (agency or in-house).
  • A fair understanding of technical terms and current industry trends.
  • Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A go-getter mindset — persistent, curious, resourceful, and energized by challenges.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup and thrive in a performance-driven culture.
