Sourcing and Attracting Talent:

Screening and Selection:

Coordinate and schedule interviews with department managers, ensuring a streamlined interview process.

Conduct background checks, reference checks, and credential verification for selected candidates.

Employer Branding and Networking:

Promote the hospital's brand as an employer of choice through social media, healthcare recruitment platforms.

Represent the hospital at job fairs, healthcare conferences, and other networking events to attract top talent.

Compliance and Documentation:

Ensure all recruitment activities comply with hospital policies, employment laws, and healthcare regulations.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records, including resumes, interview feedback, and employment applications in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Talent Retention and Workforce Planning:

Collaborate with the HOD to forecast staffing needs based on current and future patient care requirements.

Support initiatives aimed at employee retention, including employee satisfaction surveys and feedback from new hires.

Track and report on key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction.
