Role Summary

The Assistant Manager - Sales and Marketing is a critical leadership role responsible for driving OrangeCross HomeHealth's strategic growth in Visakhapatnam. The primary mandate is to mobilize and secure a high-quality clinical talent pipeline while simultaneously ensuring robust patient intake through strategic hospital and doctor partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Mobilization & Strategic Sourcing

  1. Lead Talent Mobilization: Strategize and execute end-to-end recruitment campaigns to secure qualified clinical talent (Nurses, Home Health Aides) required for operational expansion.

  2. Forge Educational Partnerships: Establish and manage key alliances with nursing colleges, GDA Training Institute, polytechnics, and vocational institutions for exclusive student sourcing, campus recruitment, and internship programs.

  3. Community Outreach: Act as the primary face of OrangeCross in the community, engaging with local leaders, NGOs, and youth to promote home health care careers and ensure strong candidate enrollment and retention.

  4. Database Management: Maintain and manage candidate pipelines and mobilization metrics, ensuring a consistent talent pool is available to meet organizational demand.

Hospital Marketing & Referral Sales

  1. Hospital Relationship Management: Drive patient referral sales by routinely visiting and cultivating strong, long-term relationships with physicians, discharge planners, and hospital management across Visakhapatnam.

  2. Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed aggressive sales targets by effectively presenting OrangeCross's post-acute and intensive home care services to healthcare professionals.

  3. Market Intelligence: Conduct deep territory analysis and provide detailed weekly sales and follow-up reports to the management team.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

· Education: Post-Graduate Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a relevant stream.

· Experience: Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Medical Representative or in Medical/Pharmaceutical Sales, with a track record of meeting tough targets.

· Key Competencies: Exceptional mobilization, community engagement, presentation, and negotiation skills are paramount.

· Language: Fluency in English, Hindi, and Telugu is essential.

· Logistics: Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the territory.

Preferred:

· Direct experience in the Home Healthcare sector.

· Demonstrated experience in a community mobilization or student sourcing capacity.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30, ₹40,000.00 per month
