About the Role:

Looking for a highly organized and motivated HR Assistant to support our Human Resources department. The HR Assistant will play a key role in facilitating HR processes, managing employee records, assisting in recruitment activities, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain and update employee records in HR databases.
  • Support onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
  • Help administer employee benefits and payroll processes.
  • Coordinate training sessions and workshops.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Assist with performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Prepare HR reports and presentations as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of proven experience in an HR role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (e.g., HRIS, ATS).
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
