Job Overview

We are seeking a Business Development Executive specializing in the Pharma Health Industry to join our team at Gamut HR Solutions. This is a full-time, mid-level position based in Visakhapatnam, requiring 4 to 6 years of work experience. The role demands expertise in lead generation, pharmaceutical sales, and delivering impactful sales presentations.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in lead generation within the pharmaceutical industry, showcasing effective strategies to build a strong sales pipeline. (Mandatory skill)
  • In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical sales with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. (Mandatory skill)
  • Exceptional skills in sales presentations, demonstrating the ability to convey product benefits convincingly to potential clients. (Mandatory skill)
  • Strong expertise in client relationship management, fostering long-term relationships for continued business growth.
  • Proficient negotiation skills to effectively close deals and manage agreements beneficially for both parties.
  • Experience in prospecting and identifying potential leads to expand customer base and increase sales opportunities.
  • Excellent communication skills to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility, cooperation, and a proactive approach.
