Role & responsibilities
Medanta is seeking a dynamic and focused professional to drive sales and business development for our diagnostics products and services.
- Develop initiatives to expand the customer base and increase market share within the designated geographic area.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
- Develop a deep understanding of the diagnostics products and services offered.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to clients.
- Address any technical or operational questions from customers.
- Work closely with marketing, product development, and technical support teams.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of sales strategies and initiatives.
- Stay updated of advancements in laboratory diagnostics, healthcare regulations, and industry trends.
- Prepare regular business review dashboards to have a visible impact on revenue.
- Develop and manage internal key stakeholder relationships proactively, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across departments.
- Handle any other task or responsibilities assigned by the Reporting Manager/ Management.
Preferred candidate profile
- Education: Graduate/ Postgraduate in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: Atleast 3+ years in diagnostics sales, business development, or healthcare, preferably with exposure to diagnostics industry.
- Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of diagnostics products, technologies, and healthcare regulations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to conduct impactful product demonstrations and address technical queries.
- Proficiency in preparing business review dashboards and data-driven insights.
- Collaborative mindset with proven ability to work cross-functionally.
- Self-motivated, customer-centric, result-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
