  • Manage the daily activities of the dispatch team, ensuring the efficient and timely coordination of resources (e.g., drivers, technicians, emergency responders)
  • Ensure that dispatch procedures are followed and that service requests are handled promptly and correctly.
  • Maintain FG stock ledger.
  • Coordinate with transporter as per our dispatch plan.
  • Plan & Arrange all type of transportation.
  • Make dispatch plan as per stock and production planning.
  • Check transportations bill and forward for payment.
  • Arrange manpower as per dispatch plan.
  • Develop and implement staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during all shifts.
  • Conduct regular meetings with dispatchers to address operational issues, performance goals, and process improvements.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to dispatch efficiency and customer service and produce reports for management.

Preferred candidate profile

Ideal candidate must have minimum 8 years of experience in managing the Warehouse and Dispatch in a medium sized industry
