Role & responsibilities

Liaison:

Client negotiations, meetings with landlords, external counsels, advocates for land acquisition and allied activities.

Knowledge of Land Regularization Scheme (LRS), Building Regularization Scheme (BRS), TG-Bpass.

Attending Sub-Registrar Office/ District Registrar Office for filing Appeals, clarifications regarding documents.

Knowledge in Zoning Regulations of HMDA, Municipal Corporations, Gram Panchayat, Municipalities etc.

Litigation:

Drafting Plaints, Written Statements, Interim Applications, Affidavits, Caveat Petitions.

Should possess knowledge in Civil Litigation, Criminal law procedures, drafting complaints to SHO.

Should stay up to date with changing regulations, laws, amendments, Government Orders.

Drafting Legal Notices.

Drafting Sale Deeds, Memorandum of Understanding, Joint Development Agreements, Construction Agreements.

Appearance before RERA, drafting RERA Complaint, Written Arguments.

Appearance before Consumer Courts, knowledge of Consumer Protection Act.

Should be well versed with Civil Laws including Civil Procedure Code, Contract Law, RERA Act, Transfer of Property Act, Registration Act, Indian Stamp Act, etc.

Should be able to deal with customer issues, customer queries.

Compliance and Regulatory procedures of Courts, Quasi-Judicial Bodies, Administrative Bodies.

Title Scrutiny, Legal Opinions, Land Scrutiny, Acquisition of Lands

Should be well versed with Revenue Acts and Documents such as Pahanis, 1-B records, Pattadar Passbooks, Sethwar, Wasool Baqui, Urban Land Ceiling, Dharani operations.

Drafting of Commercial Agreements such as Lease and Licensing Agreements, Commercial Agreements.
