Role & responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls related to insurance policies and customer queries.
  • Assist customers with policy renewals, claim status, premium payments, and other insurance-related services.
  • Maintain and update customer records in the system.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and escalate unresolved queries to the concerned department.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional communication and support.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls related to insurance policies and customer queries.

Eligibility Criteria: Any UG/PG Graduate
