Role Responsibilities
As an Agency Development Manager, you will be responsible for building and leading a team of insurance agents to achieve business growth.

  • Recruit, onboard, and train commission-based insurance agents
  • Guide and monitor agent activity to achieve sales targets
  • Conduct weekly performance reviews (PRPs)
  • Maintain updates in the Sales Management System
  • Encourage participation in Career Progression Programs
  • Promote digital tools (Agent Portal CRM) for client management and cross-selling

Candidate Profile

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in Sales (Life Insurance preferred)
  • Education: Graduate (any discipline)
  • Key Skills Attributes:
