IT Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• System Integration & Development
• Develop and integrate APIs with third-party platforms such as Shopify, Salesforce, and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Leverage deep knowledge of ERP, WMS and CRM systems to drive integration and performance improvements.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of web-based applications using PHP, .NET and JavaScript.
• Business Process & Data Management
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyse and document business processes, ensuring technical solutions align with organizational goals.
• Conduct detailed data analysis and support the creation of BI dashboards and reports to aid data-driven decision-making.
• Manage complex queries and reporting tasks using PostgreSQL databases.
• Analytics & Intelligence Tools
• Implement and support analytics and BI tools to optimize reporting, forecasting, and performance monitoring across departments.
• Team & Infrastructure Management
• Lead and manage a team of hardware and networking professionals, developers, and support staff, ensuring effective coordination and task delegation.
• Oversee the maintenance, security, and scalability of the IT infrastructure, including network management, server administration, and endpoint security.
• Drive best practices in IT service management (ITSM) and ensure high system uptime and performance.
