Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Account Manager role based in Meerut, India. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and identifying growth and upselling opportunities. The role includes managing customer accounts, preparing reports, coordinating with internal teams to meet client requirements, and developing strategies to drive client success. Additionally, the Account Manager will collaborate on campaigns and initiatives that support client goals while maintaining effective communication to address client inquiries.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in client communication, relationship management, and delivering exceptional customer service
- Experience in project management, planning, and meeting deadlines
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate data and improve business outcomes
- Knowledge of ERP, CRM platforms, or SaaS solutions is highly desirable
- Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development is an added advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively and influence cross-functional teams effectively
