JOB RESPONSIBILITIES ARE-:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system
  • Respond to general inquiries via phone, email, or in-person
  • Maintain the reception area and meeting rooms tidy and presentable
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries
  • Schedule appointments and manage meeting room calendars
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
  • Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges
  • Handle courier and supply orders
  • Provide support to other departments as needed
  • Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree is a plus)
  • Proven work experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Friendly and approachable demeanor
  • Professional appearance and behavior

  • रिसेप्शनिस्ट, फ्रंट डेस्क प्रतिनिधि, या इसी प्रकार की भूमिका में कार्य अनुभव
  • एमएस ऑफिस (वर्ड, एक्सेल, आउटलुक) में दक्षता
  • उत्तम मौखिक और लिखित संप्रेषण कौशल
  • अच्छी संगठनात्मक और मल्टीटास्किंग क्षमताएँ
  • मिलनसार और सहयोगी स्वभाव
  • पेशेवर रूप और व्यवहार
  • मल्टी-लाइन फोन सिस्टम का उपयोग करके कॉल का उत्तर देना और उन्हें निर्देशित करना
  • फोन, ईमेल या व्यक्तिगत रूप से सामान्य पूछताछों का उत्तर देना
  • रिसेप्शन क्षेत्र और मीटिंग रूम को साफ-सुथरा और व्यवस्थित बनाए रखना
  • दैनिक डाक और पार्सल प्राप्त करना, छांटना और वितरित करना
  • अपॉइंटमेंट शेड्यूल करना और मीटिंग रूम की बुकिंग का प्रबंधन करना
