JOB RESPONSIBILITIES ARE-:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system
- Respond to general inquiries via phone, email, or in-person
- Maintain the reception area and meeting rooms tidy and presentable
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries
- Schedule appointments and manage meeting room calendars
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
- Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges
- Handle courier and supply orders
- Provide support to other departments as needed
- Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree is a plus)
- Proven work experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Friendly and approachable demeanor
- Professional appearance and behavior

- हाई स्कूल डिप्लोमा या समकक्ष (बैचलर डिग्री होना अतिरिक्त लाभ है)
- रिसेप्शनिस्ट, फ्रंट डेस्क प्रतिनिधि, या इसी प्रकार की भूमिका में कार्य अनुभव
- एमएस ऑफिस (वर्ड, एक्सेल, आउटलुक) में दक्षता
- उत्तम मौखिक और लिखित संप्रेषण कौशल
- अच्छी संगठनात्मक और मल्टीटास्किंग क्षमताएँ
- मिलनसार और सहयोगी स्वभाव
- पेशेवर रूप और व्यवहार
- मल्टी-लाइन फोन सिस्टम का उपयोग करके कॉल का उत्तर देना और उन्हें निर्देशित करना
- फोन, ईमेल या व्यक्तिगत रूप से सामान्य पूछताछों का उत्तर देना
- रिसेप्शन क्षेत्र और मीटिंग रूम को साफ-सुथरा और व्यवस्थित बनाए रखना
- दैनिक डाक और पार्सल प्राप्त करना, छांटना और वितरित करना
- अपॉइंटमेंट शेड्यूल करना और मीटिंग रूम की बुकिंग का प्रबंधन करना
- डाटा एंट्री, फाइलिंग, और फोटोकॉपी जैसे प्रशासनिक कार्यों में सहायता करना
- विज़िटर लॉग में जानकारी दर्ज करना और विज़िटर बैज जारी करना
- कूरियर और कार्यालय सामग्री की आवश्यकताओं का प्रबंधन करना
- आवश्यकता पड़ने पर अन्य विभागों को सहायता प्रदान करना
