Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome walk-in customers and visitors at the showroom in a polite and professional manner.
- Guide customers to the right department (Sales, Service, Finance, Accessories, etc.).
- Handle incoming calls, provide accurate information, and connect to concerned departments.
- Maintain the customer waiting area to ensure a pleasant experience.
- Register customer inquiries, complaints, or service requests and escalate to the concerned team.
- Assist with booking service appointments and test rides.
- Manage front office documentation such as visitor logs, customer entry forms, and inquiry sheets.
- Support the sales and service team with basic administrative tasks (filing, data entry, follow-ups).
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing prompt assistance and maintaining a helpful attitude.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate
- 1–3 years of experience as a Receptionist / Front Office Executive (automobile industry experience preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.
- Strong communication skills in English and local language.
