Galvanize Global Education helps ambitious students secure admission to Ivy League and QS Top-500 universities worldwide for their Bachelor's, Master's, MBA, and PhD programs. With a student-first approach and proven track record, we support students from the early high school years through to final university admissions, offering profile building, test prep, and admissions counseling.

What you'll do:

  • Hire A-players per year across 
    engineering, product, marketing, sales, and academics
     through data-driven sourcing and ATS workflows.
  • Run quarterly performance management (OKRs, 360° feedback, calibration).
  • Design and launch L&D sprints - micro-courses, peer learning, and GenAI workshops - measured by skill uplift and adoption.
  • Drive engagement initiatives such as pulse surveys, town halls, and recognition rituals.

What you bring:

  • 2 - 4 years of experience in recruiting for startups or HR agencies.
  • Strong grasp of ATS tools and AI-powered sourcing.
  • Passion for learning design, engagement, and data-driven HR.
  • Based in (or open to relocating to) Chennai.

You'll be building the people systems that fuel our next stage of growth.
