We are seeking an AI Strategist who can lead this transformation, someone who combines strategic thinking, creative understanding and technological curiosity to help our teams work smarter, faster, and more innovatively.

Role Overview

The AI Strategist will be responsible for developing and implementing the agency's AI adoption strategy across all departments.

This includes identifying opportunities where AI can enhance creativity, improve efficiency, and strengthen overall work quality and delivery, while ensuring teams are supported, trained, and confident in using these tools.

The role demands a balance of strategic leadership and hands-on involvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute an agency-wide AI integration strategy.
  • Audit existing workflows and identify areas where AI can create measurable improvement.
  • Research and recommend the right AI tools for creative, strategic, media, content, and operational functions.
  • Lead implementation, testing, and optimization of AI-driven processes.
  • Conduct internal workshops and training sessions to build AI capability across teams.
  • Collaborate with department heads to align AI initiatives with business and client goals.
  • Monitor usage, measure impact, and report results to leadership.
  • Stay informed about emerging AI trends and recommend practical applications relevant to the agency.

Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in digital strategy, transformation, or innovation (preferably within creative or marketing industries).
  • Deep understanding of how creative and operational teams function within an agency environment.
  • Hands-on familiarity with tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway ML, Jasper, Notion AI, Fireflies, or equivalent platforms.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills — able to translate technology into practical, creative use.
  • Visionary mindset balanced with operational discipline.
