Job Details Key Responsibilities:

  1. Financial Management & Reporting

    • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.
    • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to management and stakeholders.

  2. Budgeting & Forecasting

    • Lead the annual budgeting process and periodic financial forecasts.
    • Monitor budget vs. actual performance and provide variance analysis.
    • Partner with department heads to align financial planning with business goals.

  3. Compliance & Controls

    • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (Income Tax, GST, TDS, ROC filings, etc.).
    • Liaise with auditors for statutory, internal, and tax audits.
    • Implement and monitor internal controls and financial policies.

  4. Treasury & Cash Flow Management

    • Manage cash flow, fund planning, and working capital requirements.
    • Optimize banking relationships and negotiate credit facilities if required.
    • Monitor investment strategies and risk management practices.

  5. Team Leadership

    • Supervise and mentor finance & accounts team members.
    • Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and systems.
    • Foster a culture of accountability and high performance.

  6. Strategic Finance Support

    • Support strategic initiatives such as M&A, due diligence, cost optimization, etc.
    • Provide financial models and analysis for business cases or investment decisions.
    • Participate in board meetings and investor presentations when required.
Key Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax laws, and financial regulations.

  • High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.

  • Chartered Accountant (Mandatory)

  • Graduation Eco Honours/B.Com Honours (Regular Courses)

  • Senior Secondary/Secondary in regular courses with reputed school (Regular Courses)

  • Proficient in ERP systems SAP and Microsoft Office tools (Mandatory)

  • Minimum of 10 12 years of relevant experience

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

  • Previous experience of companies having turnover of 1000cr & above.
