Responsibilities
  • Work cross-functionally with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers to define product goals, strategy, and roadmaps. Partner with the engineering team to deliver quality experiences.
  • Drive the development of design solutions to user, product, and business problems.
  • Contribute to the direction of tools rooted in user empathy. Define feature areas with exceptional attention to detail, identifying opportunities to enhance quality and consistency across broader flows.
  • Connect design initiatives to business outcomes. Identify how design can drive business metrics such as user acquisition, engagement and churn. Frame design decisions in the context of business goals, articulate the impact for design efforts.
  • Be the go-to designer for the Google Workspace admin console Platform, shaping its User Experience (UX) strategy and collaborating on roadmaps across the Admin experience.
