Role Overview

As a
Customer Support Associate
, you will be the
voice and face of UniLiv's resident experience
. The role requires strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving abilities — combined with a flair for using
AI tools, data, and presentation skills
to enhance support quality and internal coordination.

You'll play a key role in ensuring our residents enjoy a smooth stay — managing queries, feedback, and service escalations with professionalism and precision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle
    resident queries, requests, and complaints
    across phone, email, and WhatsApp.
  • Maintain a
    positive, professional tone
    in all communication.
  • Use
    CRM tools and AI-based systems
    for ticket tracking, response automation, and feedback analysis.
  • Prepare
    presentations, reports, and dashboards
    for internal updates and leadership reviews.
  • Collaborate with
    operations, housekeeping, and F&B teams
    to ensure quick resolution of on-ground issues.
  • Assist in creating
    customer experience insights
    and process improvement ideas.
  • Maintain
    daily logs, follow-ups, and escalation reports
    for service quality tracking.

What We're Looking For
.

  • Excellent
    verbal and written communication
    in English & Hindi.
  • Strong
    presentation and documentation skills
    (PowerPoint, Excel, or Google Slides).
  • Familiarity with
    AI tools (ChatGPT, Notion AI, or similar)
    for workflow or communication enhancement.
  • Positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and empathy for customers.
  • Detail-oriented, disciplined, and proactive in follow-ups.
  • Prior experience in
    hospitality, co-living, or customer service
    is preferred.
