Role & responsibilities

  • Devise and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for residential projects aligning with business goals.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and define target audiences.
  • Manage marketing budgets and negotiate media buying deals with various vendors for different platforms.
  • Develop and maintain brand positioning, ensure consistent messaging, and enhance brand awareness across all marketing channels.
  • Design and manage marketing campaigns, including the creation of brochures, creatives, and other marketing collateral for online and offline platforms.
  • Organize and execute marketing events, project launches, property viewings, and promotional activities.
  • Monitor digital campaigns, including social media, SEO, email, and paid advertising (Google Ads) to drive leads and brand visibility.
  • Work closely with sales teams to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with sales objectives and to optimize lead conversion.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to evaluate effectiveness, provide reports to stakeholders, and optimize future strategies.
  • Oversee the creation of engaging marketing content for websites, social media, and other platforms.
  • Supervise and mentor a marketing team
