Job Responsibilities:
Adler is seeking a Business Development professional to drive client acquisition and growth objectives across India, the Middle East, and Africa. The role combines strategic lead generation, consultative selling, and relationship management, with a focus on building lasting partnerships and unlocking new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Pipeline Building
Design and execute digital campaigns including email marketing, paid ads, and content marketing to attract potential clients.
Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other digital tools for prospecting and engagement.
Leverage offline channels such as exhibitions, conferences, referral marketing, and community events to build a strong network.
Conduct proactive research and identify new opportunities through data-led insights and online buyer behavior analysis.
- Business Development (B2B)
Identify and acquire new clients while maintaining and nurturing existing relationships.
Conduct market mapping, competitor analysis, and strategic outreach to expand Adlers footprint in target regions.
Engage with decision-makers through calls, meetings, and virtual presentations to understand their needs and recommend tailored solutions.
Collaborate with leadership to create impactful business presentations and proposals.
3. Sales & Client Management
Identifying business opportunities by researching prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; identifying sales opportunities and generating leads
Meet Monthly and Quarterly New Client Acquisition goals or exceed Sales Volume, Company Revenue and maintain Company annual goals.
Develop and manage pipelines on CRM and focus on a high conversion rate.
Reaching out to new clients and making presentations or pitches outlining the benefits & scope of testing services.
Process the leads, identify decision-makers, and initiate the sales process via CRM. Selling our services by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
Maintaining relationships with all potential and existing clients by providing support, information and guidance; Understanding budget and identifying accurate needs of the client
Negotiating with the clients and closing the deal. Handling the complete sales life cycle acquisition.
Work on generating service queries, coordinating and follow-up with prospective clients.
Arrange Business Meetings and Video Conferences with Head HR / CEO / CXO / Directors from top-level MNCs with our Founder & MD.
Build long-term client partnerships through consistent support and relationship management.
4. Market Intelligence
Track competitor activities, pricing trends, and client feedback to build sales strategy.
Share insights with leadership for business planning and service improvement.
Desired Candidate Profile
Education & Background:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
310 years of experience in B2B Business Development / Sales / Lead Generation, preferably in services or consulting or solution based industries (e.g., HR, recruitment, or professional services).
Functional Skills:
Proven experience in lead generation (digital + offline) including email campaigns, LinkedIn prospecting, content marketing, and participation in industry events.
Strong command over sales pipeline management, from lead qualification to closure and client onboarding.
Demonstrated ability to understand client challenges, design value propositions, and negotiate commercial terms.
Proficiency in using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) for tracking and reporting.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Analytical approach with the ability to use market insights and data to drive business growth.
Ability to build rapport with CXO / Director-level stakeholders and convert discussions into business opportunities.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
Preferred Skills & Attributes
Hands-on experience in email automation tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and digital ad platforms (Google Ads / Meta Ads).
Existing network or experience in participating at industry exhibitions, HR summits, or business conferences.
