Roles and Responsibilities
: -


• Manage and maintain accurate product listings across platforms, ensuring updated product details,

images, pricing, and availability.


• Execute weekly site merchandising updates including homepage refreshes, event planning, landing pages,

and banner placements.


• Curate and optimize product assortments to enhance visibility, customer engagement, and conversions.


• Develop and implement site conversion optimization strategies, including A/B testing and trend-driven

merchandising.


• Create and maintain merchandising reports, briefs, and feedback loops to track performance and refine

strategies.

Key Skills/Experience the Candidate Should Have -

Technical (T) and Non-Technical (NT):-


• 2+ years of experience in E-commerce catalogue management and

site merchandising.


• Strong knowledge of digital merchandising strategies and

customer journey optimisation.


• Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Analytics.


• Excellent coordination skills to work with cross-functional teams

(Merchandising, Marketing, and Creative).


• Experience with SEO for product listings and digital marketplaces.


• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage large

product catalogues efficiently.


• Exposure to conversion optimisation tools and reporting

dashboards.


• Understanding of visual merchandising principles in an online context
