The Role

Join our Operations team as a Catalogue Executive and become the driving force behind our product discovery experience. You'll manage thousands of product listings, coordinate with suppliers, ensure data accuracy, and optimize our catalog across all platforms. Your work directly impacts millions of customers and resellers every day.

Your Day-to-Day:

* Update and maintain product information across multiple categories with 100% accuracy

* Coordinate with suppliers to gather product details, images, and specifications

* Audit catalog entries for data quality, pricing errors, and inconsistencies

* Onboard new products and categories into the platform

* Optimize product descriptions for better searchability and conversion

* Sync inventory data to prevent stock inconsistencies

* Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer service teams

* Track catalog performance metrics and identify improvement opportunities

What We're Looking For

Must-Have:

* 1-3 years of experience in catalog management, e-commerce, marketplace operations, or inventory management

* Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and comfort with large datasets

* Strong attention to detail with ability to manage product updates daily

* Experience with e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify) or marketplace operations

* Excellent communication and collaboration skills

* Data-driven mindset with analytical thinking

Nice-to-Have:

* Experience with social commerce or reselling platforms

* Familiarity with product information management (PIM) systems

* Knowledge of dropshipping or marketplace business models

* SEO basics and product optimization experience

* Exposure to CRM or customer service platforms

* Understanding of Indian e-commerce landscape
