Qualifications :Graduate / Defense degree

Experience Level : Expert (at least 5 years in maintenance of the aircraft)

Job Description:

  • Experience in the maintenance of French defense aircraft systems or similar avionic systems on other types of defense aircraft.
  • Proficiency in technical English (reading and writing mostly).
  • We are looking for 3 experts in French defense aircraft in the following domains:
  • Avionics (Architecture, radio systems, Navigation, and Attack Systems)
  • Structure of the Aircraft (Fuel systems, hydraulic systems, airframe).
  • Weapon systems of the aircraft (Lasor guided weapons, MICA, MKxx, Pxx etc.)
  • You have several years of experience on a French military aircraft.
  • Have a pedagogical spirit.
  • The business expert with his skills will have to work as an instructional designer in the CBT (Computer Based Trainer) development team.
  • Receive and analyze technical input data.
  • Conceptualize new training modules from data and technical exchanges with the client.
  • Update the existing training modules with the new aircraft equipment details.
  • Comply with the rules for writing client training modules.
  • Use new tools for writing training modules.
  • Communicate clearly and precisely orally and in writing to ensure the understanding of the multi-site and multi-language team.
  • For one of the 3 domains provided above, you must be able to
  • From the technical documentation, make the training materials informative and consistent.
  • Evolve in a technical team with different actors and different trades, performance-oriented, optimization, and customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze, understand, and resolve the technical problems in defense aircraft.
  • Exploit the Technical documentation in English, understand the modification process of the technical manual.
  • Mastery and rigorous application of maintenance procedures as part of track implementation, troubleshooting, and scheduled maintenance.
  • Ability to deliver the training professionally.
  • Hands-on maintenance experience on French military aircraft is a plus.
