Role & Responsibilities

  • Design and develop engaging training modules, facilitator guides, and learner handbooks for life skills and workplace readiness programs.
  • Apply instructional models such as Test Teach Test, storytelling, and experiential learning to create interactive sessions.
  • Convert complex topics into simple, relatable content for learners from diverse educational backgrounds.
  • Support in creating visual learning materials PowerPoints, infographics, videos, and posters.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts, trainers, and media teams to ensure content quality and learner engagement.
  • Incorporate inclusive and gender-sensitive approaches in all learning designs.
  • Assist in LMS uploads, documentation, and maintaining the content library.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Bachelors degree in Education, Psychology, Social Work, Mass Communication, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in instructional design, content development, or training support (internships or volunteer experience accepted).
  • Strong writing and communication skills in simple, clear English (knowledge of Hindi or regional languages preferred).
  • Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Google Docs, and Canva.
  • Basic understanding of instructional design principles and learner-centered pedagogy.
  • Passion for education, social impact, and youth development.
  • (Desirable) Familiarity with tools such as Articulate Rise, Genially, or video editing software.
