Position: Field Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell financial products (CIBIL score check/upgrade services, credit health reports, credit improvement services, etc.).
  • Generate new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, client meetings, and follow-ups.
  • Understand customer requirements and offer suitable solutions.
  • Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and sales activities in Google Sheets.
  • Gather market feedback and suggest improvements in products and processes.
  • Travel extensively within Ahmedabad as per business needs.
  • Submit timely sales and performance reports to the Team Leader/Management.

Training & Support

  • 3–5 days of comprehensive training before deployment.
  • Training covers product knowledge, sales strategies, and company policies.

Candidate Requirements

  • Gender: Male candidates preferred.
  • Experience: 6 months to 3 years in sales/field sales.
  • Strong communication and convincing skills (Hindi mandatory, English preferred).
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
  • Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Google Sheets, etc.).
  • Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across India.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹21, ₹35,000.00 per month
