Field Sales Executive → Senior Sales Officer → Assistant Manager → Sales Manager → Cluster/Area Manager.

  • Explain product features, benefits, and suitability as per customer needs.
  • Generate leads through field visits, cold calls, references, and local networking.
  • Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets assigned by the company.
  • Ensure proper documentation, KYC, and policy issuance.
  • Maintain post-sales service & build long-term customer relationships.
  • Report daily activities and sales updates to the manager.
