Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and drive growth through innovative strategies. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in digital marketing, multichannel marketing, and performance marketing, with a proven track record in B2B environments. This role requires creativity, analytical thinking, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business goals and objectives.
  • Oversee all aspects of digital marketing including SEO, content marketing, email marketing, and social media marketing.
  • Manage advertising sales initiatives across various platforms including Google AdWords and Facebook Advertising.
  • Utilize analytics tools such as Google Analytics to track campaign performance and optimize strategies based on data-driven insights.
  • Collaborate with the product management team to create effective product positioning and messaging.
  • Lead the creation of engaging content across multiple channels including websites (WordPress), blogs, print advertising, and e-commerce platforms.
  • Implement marketing automation tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Manage budgets for various marketing campaigns ensuring effective allocation of resources.
  • Mentor and guide team members in best practices for copywriting, design (Adobe Creative Suite), and overall marketing execution.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a similar role with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms including SEO, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, social media advertising, and email marketing systems.
  • Strong understanding of multichannel marketing strategies and performance metrics.
  • Excellent research skills with the ability to analyze data effectively.
  • Exceptional copywriting skills with a keen eye for detail in content creation.
  • Familiarity with HTML is preferred for website management tasks.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
