Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and drive growth through innovative strategies. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in digital marketing, multichannel marketing, and performance marketing, with a proven track record in B2B environments. This role requires creativity, analytical thinking, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business goals and objectives.
- Oversee all aspects of digital marketing including SEO, content marketing, email marketing, and social media marketing.
- Manage advertising sales initiatives across various platforms including Google AdWords and Facebook Advertising.
- Utilize analytics tools such as Google Analytics to track campaign performance and optimize strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Collaborate with the product management team to create effective product positioning and messaging.
- Lead the creation of engaging content across multiple channels including websites (WordPress), blogs, print advertising, and e-commerce platforms.
- Implement marketing automation tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Manage budgets for various marketing campaigns ensuring effective allocation of resources.
- Mentor and guide team members in best practices for copywriting, design (Adobe Creative Suite), and overall marketing execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in a similar role with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms including SEO, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, social media advertising, and email marketing systems.
- Strong understanding of multichannel marketing strategies and performance metrics.
- Excellent research skills with the ability to analyze data effectively.
- Exceptional copywriting skills with a keen eye for detail in content creation.
- Familiarity with HTML is preferred for website management tasks.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
