
Dealer sales Executive

Key responsibilities include identifying new sales opportunities, presenting product features and benefits, negotiating pricing, facilitating financing, and providing ongoing support and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and repeated business.
Key Responsibilities
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential dealer partners.
- Sales & Promotion:
- Actively promote the company's products and services to dealers.
- Conduct product demonstrations and highlight features and benefits.
- Provide product training to dealer sales teams.
- Sales Performance:
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and sales terms within company guidelines.
- Manage sales processes from initial contact to closing the sale.
- Market & Product Knowledge:
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of company products, services, and market trends.
- Conduct market research on competitor products and services.
- Dealer Support:
- Monitor dealer inventory levels and advise on stock management to meet market demand.
- Provide marketing and promotional support to dealers.
- Administration:
- Generate sales reports and provide updates to management.
- Handle necessary administrative work related to closing sales.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication to interact with clients, dealers, and internal teams.
- Sales Acumen: A solid understanding of sales processes, negotiation, and closing techniques.
- Product Knowledge: Ability to quickly learn and effectively communicate product information.
- Customer Service: Strong ability to understand customer needs and provide high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Target Orientation: A results-driven mindset with a strong drive to meet and exceed performance expectations.
- Field Experience: Comfort with fieldwork and making on-site visits to dealerships and potential clients.
- Educational Background: A graduate degree, often an MBA in Marketing, is often required.
