Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Airline Ticketing Executive to join our team in Kadavantra. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in airline ticketing and possess excellent communication and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle domestic and international flight bookings, ticket issuance, re-issuance, cancellations, and refunds.
  • Provide accurate and timely information on flight schedules, fares, routes, and travel regulations.
  • Manage reservations through GDS platforms (Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre) and airline portals.
  • Coordinate with clients and airlines to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and communications.
  • Deliver high-quality service while meeting company and customer expectations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in airline ticketing (domestic and international).
  • Proficiency in any major GDS system (Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional, customer-focused attitude.
